Question about Harman/Kardon Kardon Citation ONE MKIII
Hello, speaker is recognised but cannot be paired with Bluetooth or connect to Wi-Fi. I have already restarted my smartphone twice. What else can I do? Thanks for an answer and LG
Try resetting the speaker using the reset button (press for at least 10 seconds) and then set up the speaker again using the Google Home app. Make sure you are using the latest Google Home app and use an Android phone if possible.
