Question about Shokz OpenComm

Hello, something is wrong with my microphone. My sonorous voice is perceived by the receiver as muffled and too quiet. I always keep the microphone clean and have already reset and re-paired it several times. But I have not been able to solve the problem. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you and have a nice day. Che
