Question about OPPO Reno6 Pro

Hello problem really big pee. -Wathsup chat when I listen to voice messages then it vibrates and ringtone permanently you can't understand anything. Second problem is when I have the phone on silent it does not vibrate. I have tried various settings was already at Mobilezone etc various friends of mine none has found there optimal settings. Normal? Warranty or back with the junk.
