Question about Sonos Ray
Hello, no led lights up after I plug it in for the first time (socket has power), does it have to be like this? Can't connect them via the sonos app either. Defect?
The LEDs should actually light up and you should of course be able to establish a connection. Try a Factory reset, the system may have hung up. Otherwise, please report a defect in your customer account so that this can be checked.
