Hello Is this cooler enough to cool an AMD Ryzen 3900x? when streaming and gaming it sometimes gets over 90 degrees with a Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 2.

Yes, it should be fine, I have an I9 9900K with a very slow fan/pump that cools under load without any problems.
