Question about ASUS Radeon ROG STRIX RX 5700 O8G GAMING

Hello, is it really the card with the screw problems (too short thread) that causes cooling problems and therefore performance problems? This version is corrected or should we expect a return to the manufacturer? Thank you for your help!
