Hello, is it possible to access the USB hub via USB-C ? The aim is to connect the laptop with USB-C and thus use e.g. connected data carriers/ mouse & keyboard.

Yes, no problem, you just need to make the USB-C connection to the notebook and you can connect the mouse, camera and keyboard to the USB hub of the monitor-.
