Hello, in the beginning the i-tec SB 3.0 Dual Full HD Dock had the following LEDs lit up:
When power is connected to Full HD Dock - blue steady light.
When laptop is connected - green continuously on

Now I only have the following function of the LEDs:
When power on Full HD Dock - blue steady on.
When the laptop is connected - green lights up briefly when the laptop is started, then black.

But your laptop works with the i-tec SB 3.0 Dual Full HD Dock? If so, the problem would not be with the connection, but only with the LED. It would be unpleasant, but bearable, as the functionality would not be limited. All the best!

Looks like the laptop is not holding the connection. Never had such a reaction. If I interrupt the connection from the docking station to the laptop, it goes black. Also when other instruments are connected via one of the USB ports.

Maybe you can test it with another laptop? And it should probably be a USB 3 port!
