Question about Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070S Gaming OC

Hello, if I buy this or a similar graka do I have to replace the motherboard as well? I now have an Asus Prim,e Z270 K motherboard and a nVidia GTX 1070 graphics card. Thanks for the info.
