Hello, I would like to put the cabinet in the garage. Can the cabinet also regulate the temperature if the outside temperature is lower than the desired inside temperature?

If the temperature outside is lower than the desired temperature in the cabinet, it will not cool. But I'm pretty sure that it can't heat, so it can't maintain the temperature.
