Question about Samsung Galaxy A40

I have tried with various power supplies and cables. Always the same. Everything worked perfectly for about 2 weeks. Then, all of a sudden, the phone can no longer be charged (absolutely no reaction when the cable is plugged in). Set to factory settings and everything works again. I don't install any additional apps either. So that can't be the problem either.

I have no problems. However, it could be that there are problems with a non-genuine Samsung charger. The original Samsung chargers can charge much faster than third-party products.

This behaviour has never occurred before, use original charger.
