Hello, I ordered the PowerBank yesterday and received it today, 10.1.24. Both the description on the page and the packaging state a capacity of 10,000mAh, but I noticed that the product itself is only supposed to have 5,000mAh. Can anyone confirm this?

There is a version with 5000 and one with 10000. it is possible that you only have the small one.

I have just done some research and checked with Anker themselves and they write on the product page:
*The 10,000mAh capacity consists of two 5,000mAh batteries positioned side by side.
