I now have two of these tubes and actually want to send them back. They do not work.

As ballast I have a QUICKTRONIC DE LUXE HF DIM T8 | ECG dimmable 1...10 V from Osram. Dimmable with 10V.
In my opinion, it should be compatible with this tube. However, the tube only starts when not dimmed and only lights up briefly. It goes out immediately when dimmed.

Unfortunately, digitec support is not available and I have not found an email address.
Who can help me?

According to your description, the LED tubes work as they should, because they are not dimmable.

I would question any claims made by Digitec about dimmable LED tubes and check with the manufacturer.
