Question about Razer Basilisk Ultimate

Hello i hope that the Razer Basilisk Ulti is going to arrive soon i've been waiting now 3 weeks for it (even longer but i reordered it again XD) I hope it's not gonna go through the process of holidays cause that means waiting even longer....There was a date a week ago but it was removed shortly after(which Digitec does often). This has happened to me a couple times with products which had a date and got removed shortly after which i had to wait even longer for (just saying) I get it it ain't that easy as it sounds like to change it but not giving costumers a email apologising to them and to tell them that ur on it and ur gonna sort this problem the next days, weeks, month would be good and keep them and update on things. Thank you very much.
