Ctek MXS 5.0 Test batch

Hello, I have two questions. Is the only difference between the two MXS 5.0 and MXS 5.0 Test Charge that the more expensive one can still test battery charge and a battery and alternator ? So both can also desulfate and recondition ? I would prefer a device (for my 66 vintage muscle car) that can do everything, so that it can also be used as a jump starter (from 220V). Is there such a thing?
Good day
Regarding the first question: Yes, that is so. I have both units and the alternator test is the difference. Otherwise, they both do an excellent job.
Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the second question. I used to have a separate booster, but I've never needed it since I got the Ctek (the battery there is probably gone now).
