I would check the manual for a reset function and possibly also perform this function in the app. It could be that the battery is not fully charged. Unfortunately, lesser-known hoover robots are not always easy, i.e. there are hardly any people who own one. But I would give it a try.

If nothing works, then I would return the device and I would then recommend buying a model from Dreame, Roborock or Xiaomi, they usually have good support and are widely available.
