Question about Shokz OpenComm

Hello, I have Shokz OpenComm without the dongel, connected to the iPhone and the MAC. Unfortunately, this does not always work reliably so that both devices can access it. How is it with the dongle, is a seamless access of 2 devices (parallel) possible or is the dongle just a Bluethooth receiver? Thank you

The dongle only ensures the Bluetooth connection to the PC/notebook, nothing else. You don't need it because most PCs/notebooks have Bluetooth. Regarding "gaining access". All Shoks can be connected to a maximum of 2 Bluetooth devices each, and there are no prios. If device A is playing, you hear A. If B is coming, you no longer hear A but B. If B is finished, either silence or you hear A again if A is still playing. The alternative would be to switch manually between A and B - but Shoks doesn't do that. If you only want to hear A, unplug B or deactivate Bluetooth on B - and vice versa.
