Question about Samsung Galaxy Tab A

Hello, I have replaced my old Medion tablet with this one and wanted to connect it to the beamer via a USB-C / HDMI cable. Unfortunately this does not work, as it is not mhl capable? Is there any way to connect this tablet to the projector? The same cable works with the Galaxy S8, but unfortunately the picture is only in portrait format... would be very happy for tips!
