Hello, I have ordered two pairs of headphones and I can't connect them. There is no blue light flashing when I touch the logo. Can anyone help me . Before I send them back I would like to have tried everything. Lg

if the case is equipped with the old micro usb plug, they are so old that the battery is probably defective. this also happened to me, even though I ordered a new one.

That's exactly why we sent them back. It simply didn't work.
