Question about HTC Vive Pro - Full Kit

Hello I have ordered these glasses now and wanted to ask if the base station and the controllers are both the 2.0 and are these glasses still better than the vive cosmos elite because I had these first but had sent them back because the tracking of the glasses did not work at all although everything was done correctly but after rating and comparing it can be that these glasses are better or?
