Hello, I have heard that there are problems with the hotspot/tethering? is this correct?

No, I haven't had any problems with it so far! I occasionally give Hotspot to my friends.

So far, we have not received any feedback in this form and therefore cannot really answer. Our customers have been satisfied with the device so far :-)
