Hello , I have an Nvidia RTX4080 graphics card and I would like to know if I can still run at 165Hz given that it is compatible (AMD FreeSync Premium Pro) and not (NVIDIA G-Sync)?

You can answer this question yourself, of course you can if you have 165 fps, among other things amd free sync also supports nvidia cards.

Yes, Freesync as the name implies works with both nvidia and amd gpu's. I have a 3080ti myself and it works fine. Quite frankly there is basically no reason to buy the gsync display.
