Hello I have an Asus VivoBook 15 X512FA-EJ911T laptop with USB C interface and I am trying to connect both devices using the supplied USB C cable - the monitor does not recognise a USB C signal and Windows reports an incompatibility. Who has an idea where the problem could be?

Hello,
I have a Dell screen that I have connected to an Asus laptop. However, every now and then the connection goes web and I get the message on the black screen that no USB signal can be received.
In these cases, I unplug the connection cable and plug it in again, and the connection is re-established and I can use the big screen again.
I don't know what the problem is. I have not yet understood when exactly the signal is received and when it is not.

Hello, I have a ThinkPad laptop and a ThinkPad docking station. It runs perfectly on two Dell displays via the docking station.
I plugged the USB-C from the docking station into the display to test it. After reconnecting (i.e. direct connection from the screen via USB-C), I don't get a picture on the display either.
