Hello I have a problem with the elgato stream deck when I press a button it takes about 2 to 4 seconds for it to perform the action. What can I do about it

Hello - and so far it has worked well or the actions have been reactive? USB cable? Is it the original one? Do you unplug it and plug it in again?
Do you have an action with a huge macro behind it? Have you set a photo icon that may be huge (large file or raw..)? Do you have an update to import? ...
