Hello, I have a problem with one of the two wipes delivered with the device. Is it possible that the plastic frame is not straight and the robot is not creating a vacuum?

From my point of view, this is possible, as I recently returned one of the cleaning cloths due to a warped frame.
Yes, the problem is known to Ecovacs according to DACH customer service.
