It will not work the Macbook Air M1 from 2020 could only drive one screen, you can use screen mirroring, perhaps, but multiple screens and Macbook with M1, tis is not supported. This only works with the Mac Mini.

It will work. I use it at Work with a 2019 Macbook Pro 16 inch. Works like a charm.

I do not have a Mac to be able to testify. The dock works reasonably well with my company's Windows laptop but does not work with my personal ASUS Ultrabook running Ubuntu.

I don’t think it will work. It’s compatible with HP laptops.
