hello i got the monitor and it is 240hz but i can only set 120hz in windows can anyone help me?

Open the NVIDIA Control Panel;
go to Change Resolution;
under PC select 1920 x 1080 and apply the settings
then you should be able to switch to 240hz

Hello, did you connect your screen with a DisplayPort cable? If so, have you gone to settings/screen/additional settings to directly set your screen to maximum?
