hello. i bought this radio and now the plugs in my car don't fit. although the plugs look almost the same (but somehow mirror-inverted and with a different terminal). there was a panasonic in it before. do you have any idea what could be wrong or what the solution is?

Hello D.r.tomlinson, I also bought this radio. You have a so-called ISO connection as standard with this radio. Now it depends on what kind of connector your car has. Many car manufacturers have their own connectors, so you have to put an adapter cable in between. Since you previously had a JVC radio, it could be that it does not have an ISO connection. This means that it will fit your car, but not your new radio. Unfortunately, many connectors look very similar. HAMA offers the appropriate adapter plug for practically every vehicle.
