Hello, I bought the machine about a year ago and have been trying to set the cup sizes ever since. The operating instructions are a kind of Google translation ("cup volume" and "volume setting" for cup sizes and water quantities, etc.). Unfortunately, following the presumed steps for setting does not lead to success, the programming cannot be completed. Any tips? Thank you very much.
We have the same problem. The machine actually works well otherwise. We have solved the problem "provisionally" by pressing the button twice, which produces the amount we actually want.... Not ideal, we realise... That's why we would also be interested in a solution.
