Hello, I bought Airpods Max about a week ago and paid for them. However, as I get headaches when I wear them for a long time, I would like to return the headphones. But if I want to return them, I can only choose original packaging. But as the product is open, I can't select Opened. It then says that it is not possible. Which I don't understand because everything else works. I would appreciate an answer as a lot of money is at stake.

According to the product page, you have a "30-day right of return if unopened" on this item, as it is a hygiene item. Unfortunately, we cannot book opened items in this category back into the range. However, you can sell the item directly via our resale platform after 30 days:
