Mine also smelled strongly of perfume at the beginning, but it didn't bother me personally.
After a few days/weeks, I no longer smell any of it (I bought mine in mid-April).

Hi Elisa Maria I got it for my wife but it has no smell, none whatsoever. We've had it for 6 months now.
