I'm not sure if it's compatible, it's made to connect a foreign device in Switzerland, I used it to connect a Japanese player at home.
I often travel to Peru, the Swiss two-finger plugs fit in their sockets, and a friend who went on holiday to Colombia was also able to plug in without an adapter.
