Hello, I am looking for exactly this model but for the Nikon D-780 & Z6. Unfortunately I can't find this model, does this adapter work with Nikon?

There is a compatibility list for this model. It seems to be compatible with the D780 but not the Z6. Probably a question of generation.
An adapter would be useless because it's the software compatibility that will cause the problem, not the plug.
You have to check the Rollei website because there are also wireless ones suitable for Nikon.

The model I bought is for Canon, but according to the instructions, it also exists for Ninon and Sony.
That's surprising, because it comes with 7 or 8 different adaptors.
