Question about Sony Playstation 5 Digital - God of War Ragnarok Bundle
Hello, how is the ordering managed? I ordered this console with a delivery date estimated between 2. 2. - 9. 2. 2023 (half green dot). Now I've got information from the back office that the delivery date has been changed to unknown as the supplier doesn't have the consoles anymore. Did Digitec order fewer consoles from the supplier than they've got paid for (by me and other customers) or is the supplier here at fault for not providing accurate stock information? This is also the case for me. The delivery date was 2.2.2023 but has now been changed to an unknown date...hopefully I will receive compensation.
I ordered it on November 5th and I'm still waiting for it ^_^'.
Same story here. I did contact Digitec directly and they were just not able to give any more information that what is already available in the order and if that is true it seems that they just did not received enough units... and now who knows until when! :/ Sony is saying globally there is no longer a shortage... specially now that the PSVR 2 is coming out... but who knows..
Totally opposite experience from me! I ordered it end of December just after xmas with expected delivery end of January (as advertised in most offline stores as well), but got it already within ten days or so.
