Hello, how can Oneplus sell a product that is not 5G compatible out of the box ? Though it's geared up with N78 band (used by Swisscom, Sunrise and many other operators worldwide) 5G just does not work ! I've just contacted Oneplus support to tell them to do something, or at least explain what's wrong (N78 band not activated or even worse not on the device).... I encourage everyone to do the same....

Thanks for the information. Is it Digitec that sells an incompatible phone, hello scam or OnePlus?
I'd be interested to hear from Digitec.
