Yes, there are people (unfortunately not me) who have already received the Graka. Someone has created a corresponding community comment (+/- 20.11.2018).
I received the following information from Digitec yesterday:
Unfortunately, we do not have any information on the delivery date at the moment. We will of course publish this as soon as possible.
May I possibly choose an alternative for you? If you no longer wish to wait for the order due to availability, I can of course also initiate a cancellation.

Not yet, I didn't order through Digitec, but my 2080ti from Asus will arrive at the end of January February. (At Steg Electronics)
