Hello, for 1.5 years I have been able to listen to music without any problems and now for 2 days no chance to reconnect the Denon to the mobile access point. It either flashes happily in blue or after a while in red (no network connection) and after I did a total reset - back to factory settings - it flashes happily amber but any attempts to make a network connection via the HEOS app with various hotspots and devices have failed.... Any tips?
I had a similar problem, a factory reset didn't help either. Possibly there was a connection with sw updates. I returned the unit under warranty and Denon repaired it (reinstalled the sw?). It took a while but afterwards it worked again...
