Question about SteelSeries Arctis Pro + GameDAC (RGB)
Hello folks. I got the normal Arctis Pro + Gamedac and play on the Ps4 Slim. I connected everything according to the instructions as given. Now I have a problem and when my headset is connected to the Gamedac, I can be heard in the party with a somewhat loud hum. Without the gamedac, the hum is not present. I could puke. I know how clear and clean the mic is from the headset featuring the gamedac. Does anyone know the problem or have any idea what the problem could be? I guess the gamedac is broken even though it is new. I am looking forward to any answer. Mfg

I also had this on my PC, if we are talking about the same thing. You simply have to turn down one of the two sounds, Game or "normal" until the noise is no longer there, then turn up the sound at the source. That's what happened to me and I was extremely frustrated at first. Hope that helps you.
