is it possible to order a replacement cable for this Monitor? I have the MOnitor but the cable isn't working. I ordered a standard USB-USB C cable, but it's also not working. The error message I get is "No support for DP Alt Mode" (I have an HP Elitebook). Do you have in stock the original replacement cables of the ASUS Monitor? Thank you

Hi, it seems just that there are not driver installed, cable should be ok. Check ASUS support to download and installed the needed drivers: https://www.asus.com/us/Monitors/MB16AC/HelpDesk_Download/
