hello everyone i have these headphones since they were bundled with the galaxy s10+ and i have to say that the microphone is disastrous you can hear everything around but the person talking to me on the phone hears me extremely bad is this a known defect? (Bundle was bought at digitec)

Yes I have the same problem since I bought this product, Samsung must have put in a "crappy" microphone :D
