Hello everyone, I bought this monitor a few days ago but the picture does not transfer correctly from the laptop (Asus Zenbook Flip S) to the monitor. Part of it is cut off on all four sides. Despite the same screen resolution and aspect ratio, I have already installed the correct driver from the Acer website. Can this be solved or is something defective in the monitor?

I had this problem with a new HP laptop. It was connected via a USB-C dock. The Acer screen was connected to this USB-C dock via HDMI. I was able to solve the problem in the HP BIOS in the configuration. I set the entry "UEFI HII Configuration High resolution mode on USB-C DP alt mode dock" to "Enabled". After that, the problem with the monitor was solved.
