Hello everyone can anyone help me ? I have the new blackshark v2 pro 2023 And I can't connect it to the razer audio app can someone tell me why or help me how to do it, can it be that it is still suportet on the app thanks in advance for a quick message

It worked for me on the first try. But make sure you have the right version of Razer synapse (check after update). Otherwise I don't know what the problem could be. Hope you can solve your problem.
So basically the BS 2023 v2 pro is also supported in razer synapse.
In the programme there is a function to search for devices, try this, otherwise update Synapse or reinstall (I sometimes have the problem that the devices simply disappear from Synapse, after reinstalling they are there again).
