In theory certainly possible, but depends on the type of damage and your skills/tools.

After that, the question is whether the entire PCB on which the USB socket is located has simply shifted or whether the USB socket has been torn off. The former would be easy to repair and the latter would require at least a soldering iron and appropriate skills.

Once you have opened the headset, you can upload a photo (e.g. via https://pasteboard.co/ ), then it will be easier to assess the situation.
