Hello Does this monitor support the DP MST function? Can I connect two of these monitors via the DisplayPort (output) orange rubber plug and attach them to the LapTop with USB-C?

Yes, this is supported by the U2520D, it has a DisplayPort output and also a DisplayPort input. And the DisplayPort signal is also imported via USB.-C if the device used supports it.
