Hello, does the "used" OWC Thunderbolt 3 docking station also come with a 230V/20V power supply unit with corresponding cables (power plug, USB-C cable)?

Yes, the OWC dock comes with a power supply unit and the necessary cables. The power supply is similar in size to the dock, thanks to a sufficiently long USB C cable it can also be placed under the table, for example.
