Hello. does the RAM work in the Qnap Ts-473 if you already have original qnap 4gb ram installed?

I briefly consulted the manufacturer on this, and they recommend only using the QNAP RAM, otherwise the warranty will expire. And with the RAM that is installed, the same performance should also be used, as otherwise the performance can drop.
