Hello, does anyone know this problem and the appropriate solution?

My WD My Book Duo 12TB goes into sleep mode after a certain time, nothing unusual as far as that goes. However, nothing works after that. When I open the software that came with it, I get the message that no hard drive is connected. The only thing that helps is to disconnect everything from the power supply and restart it!

I have 2 of them and both are running Win 10, the second By Book Duo runs without this error? Thank you very much for your tips!

Deactivate hibernation

This could indicate a hardware fault, as the second one runs without problems on the same computer. I would therefore recommend that you send in the hard drive.
