Hello Digitec, I have ordered the device and received it.why has the original seal on the packaging been opened and then taped over again? Thank you for your reply.

It is possible that your smartphone was one of the devices that we checked after delivery, this is done by random sampling to ensure that the correct devices are included.
To find out for sure, you would need to contact our customer service team with your order number.
