Hello dear people I have recently ordered my first nzxt z 73 which is unfortunately defective and is just on the return way today I got my second and there are the hoses just backwards what I find from the look just terrible so from the radatior go the left cable to the right in the aio and the right cable to the left inclusion in the aio which looks just super ugly do you think that is a reason for a return or not since the product is actually represented differently? Somehow I've just had bad luck with this pump 😂🥺

I had the same problem with the first item, which was also defective. Luckily I got a working pump as a return. I think you can send the part back again without any problems, it's not as it should be. I wish you good luck that the next pump will be good again :/
