Hello, could you please tell me what the difference is between "NT USB (Home studio, Podcast)" and "NT-USB (Podcast, Studio, Home studio)"?

the RØDE NT-USB+ (Art.Nr: 23129617) has a 3.5 mm stereo jack connection, the NT-SUB (Art.Nr: 3450705) has a USB-C connection.
